13.10 Competitive Cross Reference in Salesforce • Competitive Cross Reference has been loaded into Salesforce and will be updated as new information becomes available. • You can search by Inline item number in the top Search bar in Salesforce:

• Or – if you have competitor’s item number you can search by it in the same top Search bar

– Click on the item under ‘Products’:

– Click on the item displayed above or under ‘Competitor Products’

- and click ‘Related’ tab:

This will show you all competitive items in the database for each Inline SKU. Clicking on a specific competitive SKU brings you to details of that particular item.
