11. Review the Escalator De-escalator tab for completeness. Note: Within the Escalator De-escalator tab is a Price Change Calculator. This is simple modeling tool for information only. It’s not required to be filled in when creating the Escalator De-escalator form.

12. When the NCM and Escalator De-escalator tabs are complete. Email the NCM to the Pricing Manager.

13. The Pricing Manager will create the new program or changes to an existing program and distribute via email.
