We work closely with our distribution partners to make sure that they can effectively service the needs of our customers. I am sure that by working closely together, we can come up with a service proposal that meets your needs. The first step would be to understand the products you purchase so that we can develop the right solution for you. In 2021 Inline is planning to launch a full tamper evident, tamper resistant polypro line. We currently offer 2 items – PPTS5X5 and PPTS5X5V – please see spec sheets here: https://158p11r562n174dov2xr1cp1-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Specsheet-PPTS5x5-1.pdf https://158p11r562n174dov2xr1cp1-wpengine.netdna-ssl.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Specsheet-PPTS5x5-2.pdf
• Supplier X’s products help them meet TL purchases
• No Poly Pro Line • No Microwavable containers
• I am just not interested
Is there something we can do to change this? What is it about Inline that creates this lack of interest?

• Too much work and too complex to make a change right now
How can we simplify the process of converting your products over to Inline? What are the complexities involved here so that we can both understand and develop potential solutions? Are there things that we can be doing to help alleviate the efforts required in converting to our products? We have multiple non-T/E products in our portfolio- can we better understand your needs so that we can determine whether we have an existing solution, or one that we can potentially develop?
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION – For Internal Use Only • Bad timing, too busy
• Effort to make change is not worth the cost savings (procurement)
• Tamper evident packaging is not an important attribute to us currently
