FAQs • What is the policy for defective product purchased over 6 months prior? Defective product is eligible for return up to six (6) months from initial shipment, regardless of stamped production date, in original cartons, without any additional damage to the product, otherwise it will be refused for credit. • Do you share out price lists? All pricing is kept confidential between Inline and the customer. • Is customization available? Yes, Inline regularly develops custom packaging solutions for specific applications. Please contact your representative so that we can better understand your customized packaging needs so that we can determine if there is a fit within our product portfolio. • What is the typical turnaround to design and manufacture a custom item from start to finish? There is a fair degree of variability in the timelines, depending on the complexity of the design and the number of items in the development pipeline. The development time can range from 4-6 months but please contact your representative in order to provide better clarity. • Howmany products does Inline make? Inline offers two main product lines, our Safe-T-Fresh® brand offers 7 families with over 100 SKUs and our Essentials brand offers 7 product families with over 300 SKUs. • Can I test and sample your products before buying? Yes, samples are available through your representative or online through our website at inlineplastics.com

• What material are Inline products made from? Our PET products are made from rDPET - a proprietary direct to sheet utilizing chemically recycled post-consumer PET that reduces the carbon footprint by 68% while maintaining a 40% better product clarity, superior gloss and unmatched uniformity. Our newest addition are PP products – using exceptionally clear PP ready for microwaving prepared foods. • What is the temperature range of PET? The temperature range of PET is 4-140 degrees Fahrenheit (-15-60 Celsius). • What is rDPET? rDPET™ is an energy efficient, low carbon footprint, PET that contains 10% post consumer flake chemically recycled at the molecular level. • Are Certifications available – FDA, Letter of Guarantee, Kosher? Yes, Inline offers a full line of certifications including food contact, Non PFA's as well as SQF certification. Feel free to ask for details. • Do you offer packaging automation? Inline has been providing automation to support the closing of our containers for over 30 years. There is nothing our automation has not seen! We custom design the best solution for customer situation. • What’s your sustainability message? At Inline we pride ourselves on our sustainability efforts. We start with our key ingredient rDPET, a high-quality plastic produced with the lowest carbon footprint on the market. All of our products contain post consumer content and are 100% recyclable, clearly marked on each package to ensure proper recycling. We've also installed more than 2600 solar panels covering the entire roof of our Shelton headquarters and manufacturing plant further reducing the Inline carbon footprint.
