FAQs • Where can I buy Inline products? You can purchase Inline products through one of our trusted distribution partners. Which distributor are you working with? • Can I purchase Inline products online? We do not currently offer products online; however, some of our distributors do. Which distributors are you working with? • Where are your products manufactured? All of our products are manufactured in the USA from our three manufacturing locations in CT, GA, and UT. • Who are your stocking distributors? Inline has a number of national and regional distribution partners. Provide your ship to address, and we can give you the closest options. • Are drop ships offered? Yes, drop shipments can be offered through our distribution partners. • What’s the minimum order quantity for a drop ship? The minimum order quantity for a drop shipment is 250 cases, one of the lowest in the industry • What is the minimum order for prepaid freight? The minimum order for prepaid freight is 250 cases. • What is the minimum SKU increment? While there are some exceptions, a pallet is our minimum order requirement per SKU. Our distributors sell our products by the case. • What is your lead time? Orders of stocked items are generally available to ship within five days of purchase order confirmation date from Inline Plastics. • Do you offer a price break on volume orders? Please contact your representative, who can help provide guidance on pricing levels based on the volume of your specific program.

• Howmany cases do I need to buy to get a deviation (also known as “POD” price, a price break, etc.)? Price deviations are highly dependent on product type, size of the opportunity, and strategic value of the customer. Please reach out to your representative to provide some further details on the opportunity for an accurate assessment. • Can you offer a program for the end user (direct rebate)? Yes, end user programs are available to large volume customers. • Is contract pricing available? Contract pricing is available and is based on several factors, including the size and value of the customer and the program. Please contact your representative so that they can better understand the details in order to help with this determination. • Can we buy direct? Inline primarily utilizes distribution partners to deliver our products to the market. They generally bring value and services related to inventory management and more frequent deliveries of smaller amounts of product. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the distribution channel, please contact us, and we can discuss your options. • What type of additional capacity does Inline have to meet our needs? Inline currently has three manufacturing plants in the US as well as future expansion plans to meet the growing needs of our customers. We currently invest a substantial amount of capital in new thermoforming machines and tools to ensure we are meeting the growth expectations of our customers. • What is the return policy? No return items are accepted without prior approval. Details can be found in our product catalog.
