Outcome Statement Definition

Outcome statements are sales ready messaging, the type of language and phrases that would be used on sales calls. These statements are designed to be verbally communicated but can be used in written communication as well. These are phrases and scripts used by our highest performing salespeople and are “Client Facing.” They are in line with the Inline Plastics core messaging philosophy used by both the Sales and Marketing teams. Since we are always looking to improve and raise the Inline Plastics performance bar, we invite you to share any improvements or additions of proven Messaging with your Director so it can be incorporated into future editions of the Inline Plastics Sales Playbook.
