Product Design • The ridges after you tear off the tear strip can cut your fingers. (It has happened several times)

There have been a few rare occasions where a customer has complained about the ridges on our containers. As part of our efforts around continuous improvement, we are working on a project called – ‘Smooth Score’ that is addressing the need for smoother edges. We are in early stages of development but plan on rolling this out as soon as the technology is proven. Up until early 2020 Inline Plastics has been selling PET containers exclusively. We have now launched our first Poly Propylene container – with an entire family of products to follow in 2021. When we meet next, I will get you some early prototypes from our Product Development team so you can see what we are working on and give us feedback, including what sizes and container types that you may be interested in. This is an exciting time for us. Please tell me more about your applications – my Marketing team always loves to hear customer input/feedback.
