The purpose of my distributor profile is to have in my playbook a one source document that highlights activity for my distributor. I can reference this one sheet to conduct business reviews, have for corporate executives on ride withs to become familiar of a snapshot of distributors business sales $/cs, use information for budget planning, reminder of who’s who, customer number for NCM worksheet, pricing levels for sortable pricing, if there is a VIP account/growth program, rebate % for correct pricing calculations, if a broker is involved, top 5 moving items, notable customers for business discussions, contacts and titles for managing and sending emails. *I am also attaching a POD cheat sheet broken down by POD #s, Alphabetized account names, distributor # and distributor name that I update periodically and send to the western team for quick and easy reference of accounts to use for NCM worksheets and other activities. *** I use these on a daily basis ষ and makes my life so much easier and saves time!
