• I am from Colombia and when I visit my clients, I like buying them some traditional Colombian candy and packing them out in Inline containers, so every time they want to grab a candy, they have INLINE at their top of mind. • Something that has also worked is that constantly I am sending clients pictures and information of what other regions are doing to increase sales in our packaging. Pictures of snacks, ways to pack their food in our containers, and clients really appreciate we treat them like partners, and we are not just another company that is trying to sell them plastic containers. • I send clients information of what's going on in their countries regarding packaging or client opportunities that I read about, for example, in Costa Rica, Walmart opened its largest production plant for cut fruit and vegetables. Once that news was sent out to a client, we started finding a day to have a meeting with them.
